Oscar and Widgit  -  The First Day They Were Rescued

The following day our vet reckoned the kittens were about eight weeks old but the size of four week old kittens. He said they wouldn't have survived much longer living in a dead cow. They were very de-hydrated and had legs like fluffy pencils and stank of dead cow. They were somewhat bemused to be somewhere with people, other cats and ad infinitum food and milk

Melissa Having Fun With Jack

Jack is one of the Water Babies and at every possible opportunity he splashes away and gets absolutely soaking wet.  Here he is with our Swedish friend Melissa.

"Volunteers" At The Tack Shed

Some of the horses are just so laid back and user friendly.  Neither Clonbern, on the left, nor Rusty see why they shouldn't be allowed in to help.

Having Fun With Horses Young and Old

On the left is His Royal Highness The Sultan Of Taylor Pass with his best friend Kate and the other photo has Tina on her best friend Brandy.  Sultan escaped being shot in the North Island and enjoys his retirement here and Brandy is one of the horses in Sultan's sub herd.

Getting Wet!

On the left we have German Woofer Kristin getting progressively wetter with Darky, and next door is Tina on Jack with Emma on Boogie. This water hole gets deeper the further in you go. Nobody comes home dry!
